Rattan Garden Furniture

It makes sense that UK residence will shift their focus from outdoor or garden furniture more to indoor furniture during the cold and gloomy UK winter. Bad weather in the UK however does not mean bad weather everywhere, in Asia during the month of November through to April the cooler climate allows for people to stay out and enjoy garden furniture much more.

There is a lot to be said for Asian furniture design but never has it been more stated than with the introduction of rattan furniture. One example of the novel new garden furniture is that of the daybed created in part from the old French chaise lounge one assumes as this served as both a sofa and a bed during the day. It is only thanks to the genuine practical quality of rattan garden furniture which has made it such a hit here in the UK.

Though one must remember it is the synthetic rattan I talk of not the genuine rattan which of course would barely last the first summer downpour. Rattan offers a truly minimalist approach to furniture style and design as it can be as simple or as colourful as you chose it to be. It’s hard to find a material that’s quite so practical in the garden as well as the conservatory. By using some stylish cushions rattan furniture can look great in even the most sophisticated of settings such as a luxury hotel or bar. It is widely known that one of the reasons rattan garden furniture has become so popular in the UK is thanks in no small part to the cost thus offering not only style and comfort but affordability too.
